Job description
Founded in 2008, our client is a leading American broadcasting corporation headquartered in New York City and provides satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States.
We are seeking an Audience Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role supports the operations and performance of owned audience engagement channels, including email, push, in-app messaging, and on-platform advertising. The position will focus on improving processes related to testing, calendar planning, and campaign execution, while also fostering collaboration across internal teams such as Analytics, Content Programming, Creative, and Marketing Operations.
**Part-time, 20-25 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, push notifications, and on-platform messaging/advertising
- Assist in campaign operations from ideation to audience segmentation, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs
- Support monthly calendar planning and campaign strategy sessions, incorporating test initiatives and performance insights
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel insights that enhance user engagement and retention
- Develop and maintain a scalable creative testing repository and performance reporting framework
- Monitor campaign performance, identify anomalies in data, and troubleshoot issues before final reporting
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders such as Creative, Analytics, Content, and Operations teams
- Ensure timely execution of projects and maintain accountability for meeting tight deadlines
- Assist lifecycle and performance marketing teams with ad-hoc initiatives as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, or product management
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign; familiarity with Airship, Tableau, or ActionIQ is a plus
- Background in mobile apps, adtech, subscription marketing, or content marketing preferred
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple high-impact initiatives
- Working knowledge of HTML; ability to edit and troubleshoot basic HTML code
- Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and forecasting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of gathering consensus and influencing stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a focus on extracting actionable insights from data
- Creative thinker with intellectual curiosity and a strong professional work ethic
