We are seeking a Sourcing Operations and M&A specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote and must work EST hours.


This role will support sourcing operations and integration initiatives, ensuring project management discipline, operational efficiency, and seamless transitions during M&A activities. This role will collaborate across teams to drive execution, maintain alignment, and provide executive-level reporting.



Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and reporting for sourcing operations and M&A workstreams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level updates on progress, risks, and key milestones.
  • Support integration planning, including risk and issue tracking, and oversee milestone execution.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure adoption of PMO best practices.
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and leadership reports to support decision-making.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, sourcing, or operations.
  • Ideally Overall experience in PMO space - handle the projects and make suggestions.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting M&A integration efforts is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, or similar).
