Job description

Our Customer is a leading global, diversified information, services and media company with more than 360 businesses. Its major interests include various financial services, medical information and services businesses, and lastly, ownership in cable television networks such as A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime and ESPN; 33 television stations; 24 daily and 52 weekly newspapers; digital services businesses; and nearly 250 magazines around the world.


We are seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid, out of Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX. Travel up to 25%.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners/managers
  • Be passionate about working across the full product lifecycle, from design to development, from research to implementation and managing growth
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the: Product, Customer, Market
  • Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
  • Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives
  • Engage users to understand user implications of regulations
  • Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
  • Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a product-focused role within a technology company
  • Prior experience working or leading a product team
  • Post-Acute Personal Care and/or EVV experience
  • Extensive working knowledge around the HIPAA 5010 transaction sets including: 837 both I and P, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 999/997
  • Experience with claim rebilling, replacement and the TPL process
  • Experience with the collections and appeals process
  • Understanding of accounting, including the close and reconciliation process
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to innovate and execute on business objectives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Home Health/Hospice/Personal Care/Palliative experience desired
  • This position requires travel to customers and non-customer sites, up to 25%
