The Role

As a Staff Accountant , you'll be the friendly face of finance for our entrepreneurial clients. You'll demystify accounting with technical expertise wrapped in relatable communication. We're looking for someone who can translate numbers into narratives and spreadsheets into strategies.

What You'll Do

● Manage a portfolio of client accounts with the precision of a surgeon and the approachability of your favorite barista

● Prepare financial statements that tell compelling stories, not just display numbers

● Review and analyze client data to identify opportunities, trends, and potential challenges

● Collaborate with our bookkeeping and controller teams to ensure even our most basic services are performed with strategic forethought

● Educate clients on financial matters in ways that empower rather than overwhelm them

● Bring context and clarity to financial management so entrepreneurs can reclaim their decision-making confidence

● Contribute to our growth-oriented, education-focused environment

pay, our team members are compensated at a fixed rate per client. That means you’re rewarded

Required Qualifications

● 3+ years of accounting experience

● Relevant certifications in accounting
