Job description

We are seeking a contract Staff Accountant to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (onsite 6 days a month) in Urbandale, IA.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with various teams within the business units to provide accurate and timely billing of consulting revenue
  • Provide good customer service to internal and external clients
  • Produce consistent deliverables timely
  • Follow specific billing requirements and invoice within those terms
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, SSAE16 procedures, tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong teamwork
  • Billing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong research skills preferred
