We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is based in NYC, but remote candidates who can work EST hours will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders and internal teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner relationship, ensuring successful delivery of product partnerships and mutual business value
- Lead executive meetings by presenting strategic recommendations, updates, and partnership progress
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Communications, and Marketing teams
- Prepare materials, background information, and objectives for partner meetings and public engagements
- Develop and execute partnership strategies from deal development through product launch
- Drive partnership growth and deliver measurable business results
- Identify and analyze complex business challenges and develop strategic recommendations
- Manage escalations involving internal and external executive stakeholders
- Analyze partner data to map the partnership landscape and identify new opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing role within the technology or consumer electronics industry
- Experience managing complex partnerships and strategic business deals
- Experience working directly with external partners
- Strong business judgment with the ability to prioritize partner-related issues and develop solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to bring new products to market and mitigate product risks
- Experience interpreting legal documents and collaborating with legal teams
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product partnerships, partner management, or consulting within consumer electronics, accessories, or devices
- Strong technical aptitude or willingness to learn new technologies
