  • Partner with the investigations team to identify emerging fraud trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders on fraud tooling and document requirements for the product team.
  • Provide operational support for tactical responses to new fraud patterns as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify blind spots and improve fraud detection and prevention processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in fraud, trust & safety, account integrity, or related functions.
  • Background in operations or support at a large organization.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar for building fraud-related analyses.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can adapt to changing fraud trends and operational needs.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.
