We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will support the Partnerships team in managing and optimizing strategic initiatives that drive subscriber growth and engagement. This role will focus on tracking and analyzing performance data, executing marketing activations, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring partnership initiatives to life. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is both data-driven and proactive in problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor partnership experiments, including A/B tests and campaign activations.
- Analyze experiment and campaign performance using SQL, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma).
- Summarize key findings and provide actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support growth and lifecycle management of partnerships to expand offerings beyond core services.
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to execute initiatives.
- Develop weekly reports on performance metrics, experiment outcomes, and project timelines.
- Identify gaps and propose process improvements to enhance subscriber engagement and retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets; intermediate SQL skills required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience summarizing and presenting insights.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in strategy, operations, marketing, or analytics roles.
- Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and lifecycle management processes.
- Flexible and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
