We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Support strategy and operations initiatives to grow and optimize subscription partnerships and member engagement
  • Manage and optimize strategic partnerships that drive subscriber growth and retention
  • Execute marketing activations and support cross-functional launch planning for partnership initiatives
  • Design, set up, and monitor A/B experiments to test new benefits, features, and campaigns
  • Execute experimentation workflows, including experiment setup, monitoring, and coordination across teams
  • Analyze experiment performance and partnership KPIs using data tools, including SQL and Sigma visualizations
  • Summarize key findings and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Build weekly reporting on metrics, experiment results, and operational performance indicators
  • Create workback schedules to support campaign execution, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Identify gaps in processes and proactively drive solutions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics/Data Science, Ad Ops, Finance, and other teams to bring initiatives to life


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Self-starter mindset with bias for action in fast-paced and rapidly changing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
  • Experience executing campaigns and/or cross-functional initiatives with minimal structure
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets required
  • Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred; SQL experience required
  • Comfort learning new tools and software to support operational and analytical work
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Comfort working in ambiguity without a defined playbook
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across strategy/operations, product, marketing, analytics, engineering, finance, and legal
