By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role will accomplish strategic plans and own daily operations that enhance sales and onboarding productivity by helping teams be more impactful in targeting and closing the most valuable partnerships at scale. You will discover and make performance improvements across the sales and onboarding organization and build the foundation for it to grow. This will include developing go-to-market playbooks, deep dive analyses, strategic plans to enhance productivity, process redesign, resource allocation and pipeline analytics. You will sit at the center of the revenue generation engine - this will require prioritization and data-driven insights to ensure the teams are working against the right goals and have all the inputs needed to achieve them.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and drive new strategies and processes to optimize licensing’s pre-sale motion
  • Work with leadership to build and execute on initiatives to make the business 1% better every day
  • Scope tests and experiments on everything from partner targeting improvements to process enhancements
  • Build models to evaluate success and find opportunities for improvement Influence
  • Work cross functionally with analytics, growth, quality, supply chain and culinary development teams to scale business impact

Must-haves:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in management consulting / tech / design / investment banking / corporate strategy / business development / business operations or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
  • You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
  • You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
  • You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
  • You have experience working with Salesforce and other CRMs
  • You have experience working with sales teams across onshore/offshore
  • You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions) and working proficiency of SQL
