We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote, EST preferred.



Responsibilities:

  • Transform core operating processes for the Partner Integration team through automation and AI tools.
  • Eliminate manual processes and/or significantly reduce manual steps and time spent by technical account managers.
  • Optimize processes such as tracking implementation timelines and statuses, creating knowledge bases to train large language models (LLMs), and building dynamic tracking of current accounts and product/service usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, technical, and operations, to identify and implement process improvements.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–3 years of work experience in an operations role (IT, Technology, Consulting, Business Solutions/Analyst).
  • Proven track record of enhancing process flows via automated solutions.
  • Experience in project and/or program management.
  • Proven success working in cross-functional product, engineering, technical, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as JIRA, Tableau/Sigma (or similar dashboarding systems), Salesforce, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini/Scripts, and Cursor.
  • Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service data investigation.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Preferred: System integration experience (API, ETL).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
