We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is remote, West Coast preferred.


This role will have strong operational and analytical skills, plus hands-on HTML coding ability, to drive iterative improvements to fraud dispute templates and processes. This role centers on optimizing dispute resolution accuracy and efficiency through ongoing refinement and implementation of solutions.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead iterative improvements to dispute templates to enhance accuracy and user clarity.
  • Implement updates and improvements in HTML-based templates to streamline workflows.
  • Analyze dispute outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and measure success.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable improvements.
  • Monitor and refine processes to improve dispute resolution rate and accuracy.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytics roles.
  • Proven ability to manage performance improvements and implement operational solutions.
  • Proficiency in HTML with experience editing and maintaining templates.
  • Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Excel) to evaluate process effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
