Our Customer is seeking a Strategy and Operations Senior Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive fraud prevention strategies across new business verticals and international markets.
- Analyze fraud patterns and user behaviors across consumers, merchants, and delivery partners.
- Conduct end-to-end fraud analysis to identify bad actors and improve platform integrity.
- Investigate fraud cases and recommend long-term mitigation strategies.
- Balance fraud prevention initiatives with positive customer and user experience outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams to establish fraud prevention goals and strategic programs.
- Support the development of products, pricing strategies, and operational approaches that strengthen fraud prevention efforts.
- Lead experimentation initiatives and data-driven testing to reduce fraud while supporting business growth.
- Drive strategic decision-making using analytics, operational insights, and business context.
- Lead and develop high-performing team members while supporting engagement and performance growth.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives within fast-paced, high-growth business environments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related fields.
- Experience working within high-growth or subscription-based business environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including maintaining complex spreadsheets and data models.
- Experience leading large-scale projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Direct people leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to analyze user behavior and identify fraud patterns.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience running experiments and performance analysis.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
