Job description

Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.


We are seeking a Streaming Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.


This position oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of all promotions to the direct-to-consumer streaming apps. Managing an analyst and a coordinator, the Manager will ensure media strategies are implemented for all streaming brands and content campaigns. The Manager serves as the right hand to the Director, working diligently to build relationships with stakeholders to effectively communicate best practices, campaign tactics, and performance, and to resolve any process and/or technical issues that may arise. This role is critical to the flawless execution of strategic media plans and requires a high level of precision, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.


We are seeking candidates with prior experience in strategic campaign implementation; digital experience is appreciated. This is not a creative or product development role, but rather one focused on leveraging analytics to inform media strategies and execution.



Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute promotional campaigns supporting direct-to-consumer strategy and performance goals
  • Build and manage digital campaigns, including placements and target audiences across ad platforms
  • Monitor pacing and campaign performance through reporting across ad servers, optimization tools, and dashboards
  • Identify data validation challenges and ensure reporting accuracy
  • Optimize digital asset utilization using key performance metrics and performance insights
  • Lead strategic conversations with internal stakeholders to drive campaign recommendations and improvements
  • Develop campaign execution documentation, including protocols, processes, and AI-supported workflows
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery timelines
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to align deliverables and audience targets
  • Support ad hoc projects and urgent campaign requests as needed
  • Maintain reasonable availability outside standard working hours when required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing campaign management or digital media execution
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build narratives supported by data
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple full-funnel campaigns in fast-paced environments
  • Strong experience in campaign optimization and performance management
  • Strong analytical and quantitative data skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience using audience targeting tools
  • Experience in media operations or ad platform environments
