Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a contract SuccessFactors Admin and BSA to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities
LMS Administration, Configuration & Support
- Own and support full configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
- Manage domains, role-based permissions, security structures, assignment profiles, user data imports, and admin roles
- Support business users with items, classes, programs, catalogs, curricula, and blended learning structures
- Configure and maintain workflows, approval processes, evaluations, surveys, and notifications
- Manage content lifecycle, including version control for SCORM, xAPI, and AICC content, and troubleshoot tracking issues
- Perform learning history corrections in accordance with SOPs and governance standards
Compliance, Audit & Governance
- Maintain audit-ready learning records and generate evidence packages as required
- Enforce governance for user access, data retention, domain structures, and naming conventions
- Partner with Compliance and Internal Audit teams on access reviews, history updates, and training compliance evidence
Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality
- Build and maintain reports within SuccessFactors and collaborate with analytics teams for dashboard development
- Create compliance dashboards for training completion, overdue items, and audit metrics
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, perform root cause analysis, and ensure controlled data corrections
- Support data requests from Learning, Leadership, Legal, Security, and Compliance teams
Integrations & Technical Support
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between SuccessFactors Learning and content providers
- Monitor SFTP jobs, API data flows, and integration logs, and coordinate with IT for issue resolution
- Support SSO and identity management integrations using SAML with platforms such as Okta or Azure AD
- Conduct impact assessments and regression testing for bi-annual system releases
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support
- Translate business requirements into scalable LMS configurations
- Conduct requirements gathering and document BRDs, FRDs, and SOPs
- Lead UAT cycles, including test script creation, execution, and documentation
- Provide training and enablement to internal administrators and subject matter experts
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS)
- Strong expertise in LMS security models, including domains, roles, and assignment profiles
- Advanced knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and AICC content troubleshooting and tracking
- Experience managing learning history corrections and data governance processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills across content, user assignments, integrations, and system errors
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform, including RBP and BizX Admin Center
- Experience supporting regulated or audit-driven environments such as SOX, GxP, ISO, or OSHA
- Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, PMGM, Onboarding, or Platform
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including incident and change management
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, or government
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
