We are seeking a Support Operations Analyst on a contract basis to support our customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid in San Diego, CA.



Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operations and processes and to facilitate complex decision-making.
  • Follows established modeling and evaluation methodologies to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, isolate problem areas and develop solutions.
  • Tests and validates models and results.
  • Prepares reports that outline and rank proposed solutions and present a range of possible alternatives.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is a plus. Degrees in Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related fields are highly desirable.
  • High proficiency in SQL for advanced querying and data manipulation is a nice to have.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
  • Medium proficiency in Tableau; experience with QlikSense is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations (PowerPoint and Google Sheets experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • A passion for data-driven decision making and financial integrity.
