We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote MUST work EST hours
This role will focus on hiring for numerous roles across the organization within corporate functions and various customer groups. The role involves sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screens while focusing on creating a positive candidate experience and facilitating the recruiting lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
- Build strong and credible relationships with internal TA team and external candidates, that bring value to the recruitment process
- Partner with recruiters to understand position requirements and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Facilitate candidate assessments utilizing on-demand interview technology,
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications for specific roles
- Maintain candidate statuses in the ATS and connect often with recruiters to provide updates on assigned requisitions
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
- 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle recruiting in a corporate and field
- Preferred industries are Sales/Marketing, Retail/Hospitality, and Distribution, Manufacturing/Logistics
- Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday is preferred and HireVue/Modern Hire is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years equivalent military/professional experience preferred
- Strong passion in recruiting and around talent is a must
- Personable, empathetic, and skilled at building relationships
- Quick ability to learn about customer groups and their various business needs
- An ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
- Upbeat person who can exude confidence, work independently, and contribute to the team goals
- Excellent influencing and problem-solving skills at all levels
- Highly organized with a proven attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
- Demonstrable ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing a must
- MS Office - including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
