Our Customer is seeking a contract Support Specialist, Regional Grocery to help their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will be supporting the Account Managers as they grow the Regional grocery merchants. This person will be merchant facing and will be responsible for executing all 65 steps in the end to end launch tracker & ensuring success for the first 30 days of merchant activation on the platform.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 1-2 yrs experience; experience in Salesforce.
- Project manager or customer success manager with client-facing experience
- Highly organized with the proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
