We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid in Round Rock, TX or Hopkinton, MA.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the time the requisition is received to the time the candidate is on-boarded. Develops recruitment strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and confers job offers. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in staffing for candidates and customers. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processes using creative and innovative techniques and tools.
  • Continue interaction with candidates till the time the candidates join the organization.
  • Leads and closes all formalities related to on-boarding of the candidate.
  • Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop and manages strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant recruiting in a corporate setting
  • 5+ years of strong ATS experience
  • Process orientation, excellent interviewing skills, good knowledge of industry and outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.
  • Preferred:
    • Strong knowledge of Avature
