Job description

Our client's office in downtown Jersey City is in need of a bi-lingual Spanish Recruiting Assistant.

Duties include: handling phones in addition to recruiting candidates. In addition, should be able to multi-task with demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Meet and greet applicants for Office and Warehouse opportunities.
  2. Answer calls from clients, associates on the job, or future applicants calling for interviews.
  3. Other general administrative duties

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  2. Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Data Entry Skills
  3. Internet savvy
  4. Excellent customer service skills because will deal with our clients, associates on the job, and future associates
