Job description
Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams, including high-volume, complex, multi-layered scheduling and travel logistics
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
- Act as a subject-matter expert on interview operations and share relevant updates during cross-functional meetings
- Support recruiting operations by posting job advertisements, administering legal documentation, and contributing to special projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Experience working collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate coordination functions
- Experience delivering customer service or candidate experience support
