Job description
Founded in 2008, our client is a leading American broadcasting corporation headquartered in New York City and provides satellite radio and online radio services operating in the United States.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a contract basis to guide candidates through the hiring process, support recruiters, and manage recruiting activities for the company. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling for candidates.
- Assist with requisition management and candidate relationship building.
- Manage data quality and integrity through transaction processing and audits.
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Technology, specifically iCIMS.
- Interact with staff at all levels and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Utilize Zoom video conferencing technology for interviews.
- Proficient in Google Docs and G Suite.
- Experience with ticketing/collaboration technology, specifically ServiceNow.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition support role.
- Interest in supporting Recruiters and coordinating hiring process logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or within teams and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to internal client and customer service principles.
- Initiative-taking and follow-through on projects.
