The Talent Acquisition team is looking to hire a Lead/Manager level professional to cover an upcoming maternity leave. This is a contract position that is needed between April through October 2022. There is a possibility that this role could convert to full-time pending performance and approvals. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will bring your experience, leadership and passion to the Talent Acquisition team. Your role will be a combination of full lifecycle recruiting, team management, DEI strategy and execution, program management and operations.
You will own full lifecycle recruitment for senior level searches; going the extra mile to attract top talent using innovative sourcing methods. It will require strong partnerships with hiring managers; specifically using your prior experience to advise on best hiring practices and provide market insights. As a leader on the team, you will have the opportunity to train, coach and manage junior recruiters. This will include leading stand-ups, assigning new searches, offering constructive feedback and conducting 1:1s on a weekly basis.
You will also have the opportunity to lead other initiatives including, but not limited to: brand's DEI strategy, internal talent mobility, interview training, campus recruiting, internship program and employer brand initiatives.
This is a full-time contract role with a hybrid work schedule. You will be expected to work out of the San Francisco office 2 days/week and ability to work from home the other 3 days per week. It will report to their Director of Talent & People Operations. Their office is based in San Francisco in the Mission neighborhood.
Your day-to-day:
- Full cycle recruitment for senior level positions
- For every search, source and identify a diverse slate of top talent
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
- Deliver an inclusive and thoughtful interview process and candidate experience
- Manage and develop junior recruiters so they have a long and fruitful career at the company
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure their compensation practices are fair, consistent and competitive
- Continue to act as an ambassador for the brand and protector of company values
They would love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the consumer industry
- Proven track record of coaching and mentoring fellow recruiters
- Demonstrates the ability to ideate a project or program and deliver to completion
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- High level of discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to prioritize, but also a flexible attitude for when priorities change
- Stellar communication skills and ability to anticipate roadblocks in the recruitment process
- An eye for top talent; ability to think outside-of-the-box to identify high potential individuals to join their organization
