What You'll Do:
The Mom Project is seeking a Talent Experience Lead, reporting into the Director of Platform Experience. This role will drive cross-functional strategy and delivery of an exceptional talent experience. We’re looking for an experienced strategic operator with technical project management and start-up experience who thrives under pressure and is committed to a deep understanding of the SDLC, platform strategy, monetization and go-to-market strategies for a consumer platform. This person will have a steadfast devotion to building a consumer-centric transformative platform for professional moms and will advocate internally and externally for the resources, investment, data and strategy to operationalize and formalize the Talent Experience function at The Mom Project.

You’ll be responsible for defining, building and delivering the Talent Experience program; alignment of strategy, development of talentX-specific roadmap, development of key resources/functions and implementation of key services. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Service, Research, Program Experience, Marketing, and Design teams to develop a comprehensive talent platform strategy and deliver features to market at an ambitious, high-quality clip while driving sentiment and retention.

In this role, you’ll:
-Build out the Talent Experience function at The Mom Project
-Assess, strategize and meaningfully deliver around key experience inflection points for talent within The Mom Project Community
-Ensure value created specific for Talent is integrated into the user journeys with measurement to back up it’s impact
-Craft program governance, structure and strategies to support immediate and interim business goals
-Define long-term vision, clarify priorities, manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships with product, marketing, customer success and key lines of business to ensure visibility and alignment
-Develop and manage roadmap, utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis to drive informed decisions
-Design, organize and implement scalable processes that complement existing infrastructure and bring forth efficiency within the organization
-Lead Talent Experience and operations day-today, lead program update and reviews
-Conduct efficiency reviews, design process upgrades to simplify, increase productivity or accuracy
-Be a Talent Experience Champion within the organization

The skills, experience and qualities you’ll need to succeed:
-7+ years experience building and scaling digital operations, startup experience preferred
-5+ years experience in technical project leadership, program or portfolio management required
-Proven track record of successfully scaling operations, teams, and infrastructure to facilitate growth
-Data-driven, analytical, with ability to convey powerful recommendations backed by research.
-Ability to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines and with limited resources
-Demonstrated proficiency in defining, implementing, and managing company-wide initiatives
-Have made tough priority calls and articulated trade-offs, knows when to change direction, pivot or abort strategies
-Strong prioritization, planning and time management skills
-Skilled at building and nurturing stakeholder networks and works collaboratively to achieve results
-High levels of energy, independence, integrity, and curiosity
-Team player with disciplined focus and individual contributor “doer”
