We are seeking a Talent Marketing Content Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is Hybrid in Boston, MA, or New York, NY. (1-2 times per week onsite)

As part of the Corporate Marketing team, you will report to the Global Employer Brand Director and will be responsible for all global copy and content needs. This team oversees both employer brand and recruitment marketing internally and externally. You will partner with the business, People, Corporate Communications and marketing colleagues to ensure talent – both within the company today and future hires. You are an experienced content creator and copywriter with a creative spirit who will join the Global Talent Marketing team. You are passionate about crafting stories about people that draw the reader in and writing for a variety of channels. You are known for being an exceptional partner to your stakeholders and always strive to deliver results that exceed their expectations. Ideally someone who works in employer branding and marketing.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit copy for marketing content including but not limited to newsletters, videos, infographics, blog posts, website content, landing pages, emails and social copy
  • Publish content in a variety of channels including social media and website
  • Interview employees on a variety of topics and create written form content
  • Engage with internal talent marketing team
  • Interact with Head of Communications for content reviews
Experience Required:
  • 5-7 years of relevant content marketing industry writing experience, preferably within the employer brand and recruitment marketing space
  • Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree
  • Systems/Software Proficiencies: Sprinklr and Airtable
  • Certifications: N/A
Top 5 Must have Skills:
  • Experience working in a range of platforms from digital to video and writing in a range of content types, such as long copy, performance headlines, and social posts
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency
  • Operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action
  • Ability to receive and integrate feedback from various stakeholders seamlessly into creative outputs
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar and ability to adapt to voice & tone
  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization
Top Nice to Have Skills:
  • Sprinklr publishing experience preferred
