Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Talent Partnerships Manager to join their Brand Marketing team on a contract basis.

Availability: This role requires your presence in Etsy's Brooklyn office in a flex capacity (minimum 2x per week).

Etsy is seeking an Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our Brand Marketing team.

In this role, you ll develop and lead some of our most exciting celebrity and influencer partnerships, activated at key brand and cultural moments to drive relevance, consideration, and buzz for Etsy. You'll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and building relationships with high-impact talent, and translating those relationships into breakthrough activations that generate buzz and storytelling. You'll also be a key operator behind the scenes, driving GTM planning across partner teams and keeping campaigns running smoothly end to end.

We're looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, a culture watcher with a finger on the pulse of what's next, and an organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What does the day-to-day look like?

  • Talent identification and trend spotting: Identify buzzworthy talent and brand partners for campaigns and cultural moments, keeping a pulse on emerging talent and trends
  • Talent relationship management: Build and manage external talent relationships, while executing partnerships that elevate the Etsy brand
  • Cross-functional partnership and GTM: Lead internal collaboration, GTM planning, and regular communication with partner teams to support campaign launch.
  • Campaign execution and operations: Ensure campaigns are executed effectively end to end, from initial scoping to product ordering to launch day, while accounting for dependencies and pivots.
  • Seller and product sourcing: Identify Etsy shops and merchandise to support influencer programs.
  • Manage seller relationships for the duration of campaigns, including developing program toolkits and communication guidelines.
  • Playbooks and documentation: Build program playbooks, toolkits, and documentation for streamlined internal and external communications and launch
  • Reporting and learnings: Report and track successes and learnings across campaigns with internal partners and talent, applying insights to continuously strengthen how we show up.
  • Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Etsy's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of influencer marketing experience with a brand or agency
  • Have your finger on the pulse of the constantly evolving influencer landscape, culture trends and emerging new creators
  • A natural relationship builder both internally and externally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Leader who can work across multi-functional teams and support/represent the Influencer team
  • A keen eye for storytelling and talent content development that will resonate with consumers P
  • roven success utilizing project management tools or templates that help drive concrete action
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized, proactive approach to day to day projects and responsibilities, while balancing multiple projects, priorities and pivots
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to execute new ideas and projects
  • A passion for supporting small businesses, creativity and craftsmanship

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Perks are available through our 3rd-Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible arrangements)
