We are seeking a Talent Practices Analyst, DEI on a contract basis to support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze DEI data to inform and guide decision-making related to DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards displaying key DEI metrics to track progress toward DEI goals and help identify trends and areas where additional interventions may be needed.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the organization's DEI practices to identify areas where improvement is needed.
  • Work with teams across the organization to integrate DEI metrics into their work and ensure consistent data collection and reporting.

  • Develop and implement actionable plans that address DEI talent practices challenges.
  • Develop training programs, playbooks and materials to educate leaders and key stakeholders on DEI principles and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent practices through a DEI lens and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to DEI and provide recommendations to DEI COE and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to advance DEI True North goals.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, statistics, or equivalent work experience. Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or related field. Proficient in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Experience using HR management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience with DEI Analytics and strong DEI acumen.
  • DEI Expertise: Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data related to DEI practices and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Execution: Ability to execute and drive results, ensuring that DEI initiatives are successfully implemented and integrated into the organization's practices and processes.
  • Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple initiatives and track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure that initiatives stay on track and delivered on time.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and develop and implement strategies that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity throughout the organization.
  • Knowledge of qualitative research methods.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
