  • Keep abreast of external partner system improvements and leverage them to identify future process improvement opportunities

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with People Systems, Corporate IT, and other corporate systems team leads to identify and address system/automation vulnerabilities and misalignments.
  • Maintain positive relationships with users and stakeholders, using discovery sessions to understand pain points and improvement areas.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support cross-functional decisions, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide constructive feedback to Recruiters, TA Operations, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

Documentation/Change Management

  • Develop and maintain Recruiters and internal teams documentation to promote alignment and healthy operations
