This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to not only help our organization recruit great talent but wants to help us build a culture of sourcing and talent communities to attract the best talent for TMP.

What you will do:

  • Take pride in building TMPs culture of high performance by owning recruitment outreach for a portfolio of internal clients
  • Work in partnership with the Talent Advisors to develop, execute and manage sourcing strategies that result in diverse candidate pipeline and allow us to meet hiring velocity goals
  • Build true talent communities that align with our workforce plan using multiple sources to ensure hiring velocity needs are met
  • Actively conduct sourcing and research to identify the best talent for TMP roles including Boolean search, partnerships, community outreach, hiring events, networking events, industry directories, blogs, and resume databases
  • Cultivate deep knowledge of market and competitive talent landscape
  • Use data to help constantly improve our overall sourcing initiatives
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Serve as an evangelist and example of TMP values

The experience you will bring:

  • 3+ years of work experience in sourcing or recruiting passive candidates with heavy emphasis on research and sourcing
  • Experience working for a tech or tech adjacent organization highly preferred
  • Experience working in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, inclusive of Boolean and/or Semantic searching, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Proven experience contacting, attracting, qualifying and converting high-potential prospects through multiple channels
  • Demonstrated experience speaking with and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications
  • Business acumen with the ability to understand organizational needs and structure
  • Previous experience should include working in a highly metrics-driven environment
  • Loves the challenge of matching great candidates with the right roles within our business
