Job description
Creating pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter Projects; messaging and completing initial candidate calls with sourced candidates
Reviewing inbound job applications in ATS (Bullhorn); completing initial calls with viable candidates and sending turndown emails to candidates that aren’t applicable
Scheduling technical screening calls between candidates and Talent Acquisition Managers
Logging sourced candidates into client pipeline spreadsheets, Open Searches, and Bullhorn
Keeping candidate profiles in ATS (Bullhorn) up to company standards
Scheduling and conducting Interview Preps and Interview Debriefs
Updating interview updates and details on ATS (pipelines, notes, case studies, reference checks, etc.)
