We are seeking a Talent Sourcer on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Building the candidate pipeline by using various job boards. Screening candidates and presenting them to recruiters, they will be setting up some interviews with HMs and will be assisting in coordination of hiring events.
- Following up with partners in effort to build a candidate pipelines and extend offers.
- Roles will be in maintenance, engineering, technicians, and control systems techs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong team skills
- Experience working with recruiters
- Experience with ATS systems, job boards, and building pipelines
- Experience being held to metrics
- More than 2 years of experience with direct sourcing, and experience with sourcing for those listed industries (preferred)
