Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Talent Strategy and Operations Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

The Etsy Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations team oversees technology, operations, enhancements, and data analytics for Talent Acquisition across Etsy, Inc.’s House of Brands (Etsy, Reverb, and Depop). We build Recruiting strategy and best-in-class TA tech to enable streamlined and efficient hiring processes for Recruiters, candidates, and Etsy, Inc. employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Operations Support

  • Serve as a subject expert matter, offering guidance and support to the TA Team on our tools and recruitment processes
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including job posting audits, offer letter audits, TA Operation channel inquiries, and Zendesk tickets
  • Oversee vendor invoice processing in Coupa and liase with the AP team to ensure accurate creation and maintance of purchase orders for all vendors the TA Team collaborates with
  • Work alongside TA Ops Program Managers and legal to ensure all contracts are kept up to date and active in Coupa

Program Management/Processes Support

  • Assist in managing the TA Development Program & handling Candidate Survey Feedback
  • Provide admininstrative and analyst support to Program Managers for Workday ATS, VNDLY VMS, Clinch CRM/CMS and any other systems supporting evolving business needs
  • Support Troubleshooting of TA Tools and process issues
  • Support development and maintenance of documentation for TA team to ensure alignment and operational efficiency

Administrative Tasks

  • Support broader TA Ops team with scheduling needs (weekly meetings, project meetings, project rollout meetings)
  • Document/Deck Creation & Organization
  • Ensuring Monday.com board is kept maintained and organized
  • Organize team building activities on a quarterly basis
  • Support TA team with all other miscellaneous requests related to daily business needs
Skills & Requirements

Must-Haves
  • 3+ years of work experience in People Team operations
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources systems and processes
  • General experience and knowledge of Workday for admin tasks and analyst support
  • Mastery in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Proactive and a multi-tasker with attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities based on urgency and importance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in vendor management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Monday.com and Coupa (contract and invoice management)
Location and Hours
  • 100% Remote, US based candidates
  • 9 am - 5 pm EST
