The Role:
You will be responsible for interviewing candidates for our medium/enterprise-sized clients. In this role you may be required to support dozens of highly skilled contract placements a week. This is a fast-moving role focused on talent evaluation, interviewing, and presenting.

If you have high volume agency experience, are passionate about connecting diverse talent with rewarding opportunities and are energized about building a workplace that is reflective of the changing nature of work, we’d love to meet you!

Pre-requisites:
*4+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience at an agency/staffing firm, with preferably 2+ years in a start-up, high volume, or high growth environment
*Successful track record of identifying exceptional talent while hitting aggressive growth metrics
*Experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting for engineering, human resources, supply chain, and operations roles
*Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite
*Must be comfortable with faced paced, constantly changing start up environment

This opportunity is located in Chicago in our office in River North. 4 days in office/1 day remote.
