What you’ll do:
Operate as a full-cycle Recruiter in our Finance/Accounting/Sales/Customer Service vertical across all lines of business (MSP, Enterprise, SMB)
Support high-volume recruiting operations - this is a fast-moving role focused on talent evaluation, interviewing, and presenting.
Create and maintain meaningful relationships with customer Hiring Managers through a lens of subject matter expertise and industry consultation
Implement DEI sourcing strategies
The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:
4+ years experience of full-cycle sourcing and recruiting experience, with preferably 2+ years in a start-up, high volume, or high growth environment supporting finance, accounting and/or sales
Successful track record of identifying exceptional talent while hitting aggressive growth metrics
Experience in diversity sourcing and recruiting methodologies for top talent
Passion in technology’s role in building a better tomorrow for our moms, dads, and allies alike
Proven track record in recruiting top talent across accounting, finance, sales and customer service
Proven experience in creating a team environment focused on working smart, having fun, and owning it
Hands-on, “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality
Ability to adapt and manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and adjust strategy as needed
Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Suite
Must be comfortable with faced paced, constantly changing startup environment
