Job description

Our client is on a mission to improve the public accounting experience; to create a firm so unique that ambitious professionals will be willing to wait to join them, then stay for a meaningful career. They are seeking a Tax Administrator to join their team!

Their vision is to be known as the Michelin-Star Restaurant of public accounting. Exceptional. Intentional. Worth the wait. They believe outstanding client service is driven not only by technical excellence, but by operational precision and disciplined follow-through behind the scenes.

Are you the kind of person who sees inefficiency and instinctively builds a better system? Do you take pride in being the steady force that keeps complex work organized, on track, and executed with excellence?

The Tax Administrator is a highly valued operational leader within the tax department — a role designed for someone who wants real responsibility, visibility, and impact from day one. This role is the operational backbone of the Tax Department — the person who ensures deadlines are met, filings are accurate, documents are organized, clients are informed, and the team can focus on high-level tax work without chaos.

You won’t spend your days reacting to disorder. You’ll help prevent it.

If you thrive on precision, accountability, and bringing calm to complexity — and you want to be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way — you may be exactly who our client looking for.
