Are You Ready to Revolutionize How Businesses Use Legal Services?

Do you see yourself as more than just an attorney—a business strategist and a partner in your client’s success?

Does your heart race at the thought of helping entrepreneurs overcome obstacles and thrive?

Do you refuse to settle for mediocrity, always striving for excellence in your craft?

Are you a problem-solver who sees barriers as opportunities for innovation and growth?

Does crafting clear, ironclad agreements that protect and empower businesses bring you genuine satisfaction?

Do you dream of joining a firm that invests in you—your personal, professional, and financial growth?

About Law Firm

They have redefined how businesses interact with legal services. With their predictable flat-fee model, they are committed to delivering fast, thorough, and proactive solutions that eliminate legal headaches for their members—and they are just getting started.

They are looking for entrepreneurial, innovative attorneys with 5–8 years of experience to join the mission and help them serve the businesses that rely on us for success.

What’s in It for You?

  1. Unparalleled Growth: Your success is their success. They offer opportunities to develop new skills, take on meaningful challenges, and thrive professionally and personally.
  2. Purpose-Driven Work: You’ll work with businesses that trust us to protect their vision. Your work will matter, driving real results for real entrepreneurs.
  3. Collaborative Environment: Join a team that values innovation, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence.
  4. Flexibility and Freedom: Work within the system to deliver incredible results while balancing your personal goals.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Empower businesses by providing expert legal counsel on tax compliance and planning at federal, state, and local levels.
  2. Develop innovative tax strategies for complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  3. Advise on real estate transaction taxation, capital markets transactions, and structured finance.
  4. Craft and review ironclad legal documents such as contracts, partnership agreements, and corporate filings.
  5. Stay ahead of evolving tax laws, offering proactive guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
  6. Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, tax-efficient solutions.
  7. Ensure entity structuring and operations comply with federal and state tax regulations, mitigating risks and maximizing opportunities.
  8. Analyze complex tax issues to provide creative, business-aligned solutions that empower our members to succeed.

What They're Looking For:

  1. A detail-oriented, business-focused attorney who thrives on solving complex problems.
  2. A professional who values integrity, excellence, and purpose in their work.
  3. Someone who sees the legal landscape as a tool to empower businesses, not just a set of rules to navigate.
  4. A tax attorney with 5–8 years of experience who is ready to make an impact.
  5. A Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  6. Bonus: An LL.M. in tax is a plus, but not required—your expertise and experience matter most.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.

If you are a person with a disability needing assistance with the application, or at any point in the hiring process, please contact us at support@themomproject.com.
