Tax Reviewer (CPA or EA) – 2026 Tax Filing Season

We are a dynamic, woman-owned accounting firm seeking a highly qualified CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) to join our team for the 2026 tax filing season. We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys tackling challenges, values accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Position Summary
The Tax Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of business and individual tax returns while providing technical guidance and maintaining high-quality client service standards.
Qualifications
- Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential required
- Minimum 5 years of experience preparing and reviewing:
- Individual tax returns
- Business tax returns
- Required proficiency with Drake Tax Software
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
Key Responsibilities
- Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify tax planning opportunities and potential issues
- Provide technical feedback and guidance to tax preparers
- Ensure timely completion of tax engagements
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding tax matters
- Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments
