Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling their mission to grow and empower local economies.


We are seeking a Technical Account Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the integrated offerings and guide partners through new integration builds for the product & associated suite of APIs
  • Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the platform.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with the partners’ objectives.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve AI experience (not a hard requirement, but preferred)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
  • Experience in project and/or program management
  • Experience planning sprints
  • Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
  • Experience working in JIRA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
