Our Customer is seeking a Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is on-site in NYC.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales teams, providing case management, issue resolution, and operational support across the ads ecosystem
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the advertising platform, advising on campaign delivery, measurement, performance, and optimization
  • Communicate with advertisers, agencies, and internal teams via email and video calls, delivering clear, timely, and high-quality support
  • Analyze campaign performance proactively and reactively to improve delivery, optimize results, and drive revenue
  • Support local sales teams with auction insights, onboarding, and ongoing campaign strategy planning
  • Train and educate Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance optimization aligned with advertiser goals
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies and improvements to enhance account health and campaign outcomes
  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and execute process improvements to optimize performance and scalability


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, including campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and performance measurement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SMB sales or large-scale ad operations
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders or executive leadership
  • Strong project management and process improvement experience
  • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or Python for troubleshooting integrations
  • Understanding of APIs, server integrations, and tracking pixels
  • Experience with third-party measurement tools for digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience in a technical account management or solutions-focused role
  • Proven ability to lead training and enablement sessions
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality support
  • Deep familiarity with advertising platforms and campaign execution best practices
