Our Customer is seeking an Technical Operations Support D1 on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- As a contingent worker supporting the New Verticals Catalog team, you will help manage the end-to-end catalog build and update process for new vertical merchants on Client.
- You will work from assigned ticket queues, follow established SOPs, and use spreadsheets and internal tools to standardize, analyze, and prepare catalog data for upload.
- You will also validate completed work, identify and resolve data-quality issues, and escalate blockers when needed to help the team meet turnaround-time and service-level expectations.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, effective time and queue management, comfort navigating ambiguity, and experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
- The ideal candidate can learn new processes quickly, follow detailed instructions, and consistently deliver accurate work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
