Job description

Our Customer is the market leader in enterprise application software, helping companies of all sizes and in all industries run at their best. A top cloud company with 200 million users worldwide, they help businesses of all sizes and in all industries to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and achieve their purpose. Their machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT), and advanced analytics technologies help turn customers’ businesses into intelligent enterprises. Their end-to-end suite of applications and services enables our customers to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and make a difference.

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Consultant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

This role is responsible for designing and delivering a scalable, reusable technical product marketing toolkit. The toolkit will equip teams with structured templates, messaging frameworks, and repeatable assets that can be applied consistently across solution areas and use cases.

This is not a content production role. It is a systems-building, enablement-driven engagement focused on establishing a durable foundation for technical product marketing excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive technical product marketing toolkit to support scalable, high-quality practitioner content
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, practitioner-relevant value narratives
  • Align product marketing outputs with real-world data architecture challenges
  • Define and validate a technical product marketing framework for data practitioner personas
  • Establish narrative structures connecting problem statements, technical capabilities, architectural proof, and value realization
  • Develop reusable, editable templates to support consistent technical storytelling
  • Create templates for technical solution narratives, architecture storytelling, and capability mapping
  • Develop data practitioner persona playbooks and use-case value articulation frameworks
  • Build competitive differentiation frameworks and simplified technical translation guides
  • Create scaffolding for technical blogs, whitepapers, demos, and launch narratives
  • Define governance and quality standards for technical content
  • Establish tone and voice guidance for technical audiences
  • Set standards for architectural diagrams, capability mapping, and technical visual consistency
  • Define review checklists to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
  • Enable internal teams through workshops and walkthroughs of the toolkit
  • Apply templates and frameworks to real-world focus areas to demonstrate usability
  • Ensure all deliverables are intuitive, scalable, and reusable across teams

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience building technical product marketing systems for enterprise B2B software companies
  • Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including lakehouse models, semantic layers, decoupled compute and storage, and AI-ready platforms
  • Experience marketing to data engineers, architects, and analytics leaders
  • Strong ability to translate technical rigor into clear, structured narratives
  • Experience developing reusable enablement toolkits rather than one-off assets
  • Strong framework-oriented thinking with the ability to design scalable operating models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms or hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with the SAP ecosystem

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Perks are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements)
