We are seeking a Technical Program Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid in San Diego, CA.


We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. As a Staff Technical Program Manager on the team, you will work alongside senior leaders to deliver a portfolio of special technology programs critical to the long term growth plans.



Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical and business acumen to develop scalable, repeatable systems for delivering the end-to-end tech portfolio with velocity. This includes identifying the need for new processes, defining the framework and getting stakeholder alignment, driving adoption across the org, and identifying metrics to measure success.
  • Partner with team members and senior leaders to jointly problem-solve and develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Gather data and develop insights on key strategic topics to inform decision-making.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and drive strategic programs that improve organizational effectiveness at scale


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in roles that delivered impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Experience in generating innovating insights and creating structured approaches to simplify complex problems and develop data-based solutions, combining creativity with a keen business sense.
  • Operational Rigor: Defines and executes operating frameworks with organization and rigor that drive optimal outcomes with continuous improvement.
  • Ownership & Influence: Strong sense of ownership to drive decisions and outcomes, clarifying ambiguities.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes.
  • Learning & Expertise: Learning mindset, curiosity, and question why things work the way they do.
  • Proficiency in business collaboration and communication tools (Google Suite, Outlook, Slack, Zoom) and ability to leverage new AI tools to accelerate productivity.
