What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to provide support to the CTO and Engineering Teams on both ad-hoc and long term projects by doing the following:
•Help manage external vendors and facilitate security/compliance certifications.
•Research and lead information deep dives on new topics and technologies.
•Help implement process changes that adjust the organization at large to better protect our data and platform.
•Identify project blockers and make decisions that will maintain project momentum.
•Help create and roll-out processes that organize internal information to make it more accessible (such as documentation for process flows and compliance requests)

The skills and qualities you’ll need to succeed:
•2-5 years of experience managing projects and working with technical teams
•Attention to detail, especially when working through legal documents and requirements for certifications (such as GDPR and SSAE16)
•Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
•Self-driven and willing to navigate an environment with many moving parts (although we almost exclusively avoid internally driven hard deadlines so it’s pretty low stress)
•Programming, scripting, and/or querying experience (Python, PHP, Ruby, MySQL, and/or Redshift) is a major plus
