Responsibilities Will Include:
Support technology hiring needs of both Mom Project (internal) and top Brands/Clients who support work and life integration and return to work.
Vet potential technology candidates within our network for fit, taking into consideration skills, prior work experience, work/life considerations and relevant credentialing and education
Own opportunity-specific recruiting for hard-to-fill roles via resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referral and relationships with relevant supply channels that are proprietary to The Mom Project
Pre-requisites:
5+ years experience with sourcing and technical recruiting preferably in a startup environment, high growth company with less than 100 employees, and/or technology recruitment agency
Successful track record identifying and qualifying female engineering talent
Passion and understanding of technology
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Agile recruiting mindset - experience a plus
BS/BA degree required
