We are seeking a Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to support their business needs. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, your sourcing efforts will contribute to building a world-class Engineering organization. You’ll partner closely with a full cycle recruiter to serve various clients, and you will build pipelines for priority roles within the Engineering organization. This role is onsite in New York, NY, San Francisco or Santa Monica, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Strategically source and build pipelines for various Software Engineering profiles
- Develop creative outreach methods; we do not believe in spamming!
- Leverage internal tools to develop a creative and diverse talent pool
- Develop creative Boolean searches and become a market expert in modern technologies
- Manage and report your sourcing metrics and performance as an individual contributor
- Collaborate with members of the Recruiting team and key stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years experience working as a sourcer or recruiter in a top technical environment
- Ability to write expert Boolean searches and the use of modern sourcing technologies
- Expert market knowledge and the ability to confidentially speak to potential candidates
- Familiarity with any of the following: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Greenhouse, or equivalent ATS
