The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join their team on a contract basis.
Job Description: As the Senior Technical Sourcer, you will source candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews. You will interact with Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
The Senior Technical Sourcer will be responsible for:
- Technical recruitment for various technical teams (in Engineering and Product) at Etsy.
- Identifying passive talent.
- Partnering closely with the Engineering/Product Teams/leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and build strategy.
- Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process, building strong diverse pipelines, sourcing passive candidates while engaging with inbound applicants.
- Building strong internal relationships and work cross functionally with the greater HR teams (including but not limited to, HR Business Partners, Compensation, etc.).
- Acting as an internal and external-facing representative of Etsy and our talent acquisition team.
- Ensuring hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
The Senior Technical Sourcer will demonstrate:
- 5+ years of recruiting and/or screening experience of engineering talent at a high growth tech company.
- An ability to confidently represent the company with professionalism and courtesy both internally and externally.
- Experience advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Passion for sourcing passive and diverse talent.
- The ability to prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment with competing demands.
- Familiarity with WorkdayRecruit or equivalent ATS experience.
- Previous experience sourcing mobile engineers is nice-to-have, but not required.
To be successful in this role, the Senior Technical Sourcer will have a keen eye on identifying, engaging, and building trusting relationships with top talent.
Hours and Location:- Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, standard EST schedule
- 100% Remote for US based candidates
