Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.


We are seeking a Technology Support on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Indianapolis, IN.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
  • Manage incident resolution and ensure clear communication across key stakeholder groups.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve incidents within defined service levels.


Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Advanced knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Strong background in ITIL v4 methodology.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and support operations (hands-on development skills not required).
  • Proven ability to manage incident resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
