Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with Etsy in their search for a Tentpole and Go-To-Market Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.

About the Role

Etsy is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Campaign and GTM Coordinator to help keep our planning running smoothly. This role is the day-to-day operational support behind our biggest campaign moments and the rhythms of every day — building the timelines, maintaining the plan of record, and making sure every channel team has what it needs, when it needs it.

You'll help build workback timelines for tentpole campaigns, keep our central planning current as new information comes in, and support the briefing and review sessions where cross-functional teams align. You'll also help close the loop on learnings, gathering creative performance results across channels so they can shape the next round of GTM briefs.

This is a great role for someone energized by organization, enjoys being the person who knows where everything stands, and wants a front-row seat to how large, multi-channel campaigns come together. You'll work with partners across many teams and build the cross-functional relationships and campaign fluency that set up a long marketing career.

This is a contract position reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy and Culture. This role requires your presence in our Brooklyn, NY office 2 days per week. Candidates living within commutable distance may be the first to be considered.

What's this team like?

The Brand Marketing team is where channel strategy becomes a campaign. We sit at the center of Brand, Product Marketing, and Merchandising teams — aligning messaging, sequencing, and assets so that our biggest moments land as one connected story rather than a set of disconnected channel activations. We're a collaborative team that shares context generously and invests in helping people grow.

What does the day-to-day look like?

Centralized Campaign Planning: Help consolidate tentpole campaign planning into a single overview deck that gives both leadership and working teams visibility. Track key milestones for information and asset delivery to channels, and partner with stakeholders to refresh the deck as new inputs arrive.

GTM Timelines & Workbacks: Help build and maintain workback timelines for tentpole campaigns and quarterly GTM moments. Communicate priorities, deliverables, and action items to channel partners, and keep timelines current as dates and scope shift.

GTM Alignment Support: Help facilitate planning, briefing, and alignment sessions across the core cross-functional group. Support GTM reviews by preparing materials, capturing feedback, and tracking follow-ups and open questions to close.

Tentpole-Specific Channel Coordination: Manage the intake of tactics and creative from channel teams for tentpoles. Follow up with channel leads to keep plans and deliverables on schedule, and escalate gaps or risks early.

Cross-Functional Collaboration across Marketing and Product: Build strong working relationships across Brand and Product teams, and help keep everyone working from the same set of facts. Build out the working rhythms and pathways for integration between Product and Marketing.

Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at the company's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign or project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional role (agency or in-house).
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with experience keeping timelines, trackers, or project plans accurate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor a status update to its audience and follow up clearly and persistently.
  • Comfort building clean, readable decks and documents that make complex plans easy to understand.
  • Curiosity about campaign performance and a willingness to dig into results and summarize what they mean.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the confidence to flag risks and chase down answers from partners more senior than you.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and is motivated by bringing structure to ambiguity.

Hours and Location:

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Hybrid with 2 days/week expected on-site in the Brooklyn office

Perks are available through our 3rd-Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible arrangements)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401k (no match)
