We are seeking a Test Publishing Quality Assurance on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

As a Test Publishing Quality Assurance (TPQA) Administrator, you’ll apply your proven skills of quality control to a wide range of materials. You’ll support multiple projects simultaneously to meet client-driven deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accuracy of the content as it is handled throughout the materials production process
  • Performs various quality control checks, such as item accounting and item formatting
  • Performs various technical checks including cross-referencing documentation to the functionality and navigation of the computer-based exam and the results files
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date work plans and tracking logs; provides status to management
  • Works collaboratively with associates to meet client-driven deadlines
Minimum Skills/Education:
  • Detail-oriented individual with proven quality control skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and computer/internet-based navigation; ability to master new technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Experience with collaborative, team-based efforts
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts of others to meet shared goals
  • A Bachelor's degree in English or previous copy-editing experience is a plus but not required
