We are seeking a Testing Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
As a Testing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) software enhancements, ensuring smooth execution, quality feedback, and timely delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Requirements Gathering: Meet with requesters to understand their testing needs. Propose a realistic timeline and schedule for each test
- Recruitment and Communication: Recruit the appropriate front-line employees for each test. Meet with front-line employees to explain testing requirements thoroughly
- Test Support: Support requesters and testers during the test phase. Ensure that tests are completed within the proposed time frame
- Status Updates: Provide regular test status updates to team leaders. Communicate any delays or issues promptly
- Results Packaging: Package test results and feedback for the requestor. Ensure clarity and accuracy in reporting
- Additional Support: Offer any other needed support to the testing team. Adapt to last-minute changes and challenges
Must-haves:
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Outlook, and QuickBase
- Project Management Experience: Some exposure to project management principles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with requestors, testers, and team members effectively
- Stay organized and meet deadlines consistently
- Proven ability to address challenges and make informed decisions during testing processes
- Ensure accuracy in test documentation and reporting
- Navigate last-minute changes and adapt to evolving requirements
